- You can use your QR codes on digital media as well as physical print. Think about welcome messages on TVs and totems in reception.

Promote your vouchers to your email database
In the same way that you sent your pre-promotion emails to your customer database, you can now promote the live vouchers available for sale as soon as they go live in the sales window you have defined.
To do this simply go to PROMOTIONS > EMAIL PROMOTIONS in your VoucherCart Account Dashboard and select the vouchers you want to pre-promote or your Black Friday/Black Week category.
Now you can simply export the HTML email from the wizard and send it from your connected Mailchimp account or other 3rd party email marketing software.
The frequency with which you choose to send email notifications of your offers to your customer database is entirely up to you and your comms strategy.
Auto-Promote your vouchers to your Social channels
The frequency with which you choose to send automated social promotions with links direct to your vouchers or your Black Friday voucher category page can vary and is entirely up to you and your comms strategy. It is fair to say that sales are increasingly competitive in all sectors year on year as relates to Black Friday and that Black Friday has now become, Black Week and Black November for many of our valued customers running sales campaigns.
Therefore, with the market being more competitive than ever, you are competing for your buyer’s attention so It pays to err on the side of more reminder emails and social posts than less.
To schedule auto-promotion to your social channels simply go to PROMOTIONS > CAMPAIGNS/POSTS in your VoucherCart Account Dashboard and select the vouchers you want to pre-promote or your Black Friday/Black Week category and schedule the days and times you’d like your promotions to run.
Link your voucher sales page from your Business Facebook Account
Linking from your business Facebook account will ensure the visibility of your offers to your followers and wider Facebook audience.

On-Site/On-Premises Promotion
Until now, we’ve focused on digital promotion. Whilst it is likely that your sales revenue may be derived from promotional and marketing activity which is significantly digital in nature, don’t forget your on-site customers, face-to-face and over-the-counter promotions.
To help with this, you’ll find our handy Point-Of-Sale Printouts (POS Printouts) in your dashboard for quick printing and distribution for display around your business premises and other appropriate physical locations.
You can access and print these either for your main voucher sales page or for specific category pages via your VoucherCart Account Dashboard. Simply go to PROMOTIONS > POS DISPLAY PRINTOUT.
Each printout comprises a scannable QR code which will take the user directly to the voucher sales page or sales page category. For Black Friday offer promotions at POS you can create POS printouts to take users directly to your Black Friday vouchers in this category.
