VoucherCart is a very well thought out solution. Very easy to set-up and very easy for customers to use. They have considered every aspect of functionality and it would be hard to find a feature that they do not have. Very affordable too! We looked at many platforms for voucher and gift card sales and VoucherCart was easily the best we found. If you compare the marketplace for similar solutions, I believe VoucherCart will always come out on top. In terms of nitpicking, perhaps the user interface for designing the actual vouchers could be improved a little, but they advised they are currently working on that. Easy to use for both vendor and customer. A very slick, frictionless user experience for customers buying vouchers. Also dead easy to administer on the back end and set up new vouchers etc. We never have technical glitches which are unusual for software and the support is always very prompt and helpful when needed. Very easy and quick to look up orders and get sales statistics. The social media integration makes it very good for promoting offers if you create a voucher for the offer. We were able to get up to date with local competitors in selling vouchers online which also boosted our sales and allowed us to also drive events too. Ease of use and great support. Great how we can custom the number of vouchers, the sale times etc so once set up it takes little work afterwards. Social media tool is great, again once set up is done this operates on its own. I don't feel there are any cons, I have asked Management and Accounts who also feel there is nothing more we would look for from the system at this stage.
