VoucherCart are seeking experienced Hotel, Restaurant, Spa and Leisure Sector Account Managers to join their fast growing team based in Edinburgh.

With significant earnings potential, this role is suited to highly ambitious and motivated individuals with Board Room and Managerial Hotel Sector experience. You will be commercially astute, results focussed and driven with a breadth of business and commercial knowledge specific to at least one of the following market sectors:

  • Hotels
  • Restaurants
  • Spa, Health and Wellbeing
  • Leisure
  • Retail.

You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and account management and allocated to one or more of the following regions – UK, Europe, North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia.

Requirements:

Experienced in a B2B sales environment you will have a strong track record of success in a sales, exceeding targets, customer services and account management.

You will need to be/have:

  • Highly driven and focussed taking ownership for delivery of targets
  • Well developed LinkedIn profile, ideally with evidence of high profile relevant industry contacts
  • Attention to detail and adhere to high standards/quality of customer service.
  • Above average level of computer literacy (You’ll be required to conduct screenshare demo’s with clients internationally)
  • Current working knowledge of the web, eCommerce and on-line sales
  • Good knowledge of Hotels, Restaurants, Spa/Beauty and Leisure Sectors
  • A strong Sales & Marketing skill set and/or qualification bias.
  • Articulate & Confident

Responsibilities

Maintaining good communication with customers in relation to each customer’s specific voucher sales needs, and assisting and advising where necessary with sales strategies for their full working year.

  • Outbound prospecting and boarding of new customers: Grow your own revenue through new customer accounts via LinkedIn, Networking, telesales, email and online demos.  (You will be paid commission on all voucher sales revenue for all your new customers)
  • Delivery on pre-defined targets
  • Maintain good communication with your customers in relation to the specific voucher sales needs of each, working with them to come up with sales strategies for their full working year.
  • Contacting and Boarding of pre-qualified prospects gathered via direct sign-up, Inbound Tel/email enquiry DM/other.
  • Reporting horizontal/vertical scaling opportunities to Regional Account Manager.
Remuneration

Basic Salary: £25K /Yr + Commission (OTE £100K+)

Responsibilities

Responsible for management of a portfolio of VoucherCart Customer Accounts you will be results focussed engaging with your customers to structure their voucher sales strategy for the full promotional calendar.

Through direct communication with your customers you will:

  • Board New Customers onto the VoucherCart platform ensuring they are correctly set-up and key tasks are completed.
  • Learn about the voucher sales requirements/preferences of each customer through discussion of their needs.
  • Advise each customer on vouchers to be created for sale based on your analysis of their products/services.
  • Ensuring vouchers to be sold are agreed with the customer and that they are created and promotion scheduled within the customers VoucherCart Account.
  • Strive to exceed monthly sales targets allocated for each customer account.
  • Engage and recruit new customers to the VoucherCart platform to expand your portfolio.
Requirements

A focussed and driven marketing professional with a strong sales background you will have good knowledge of how to package and word voucher offers, deals and promotions of various types across a range of businesses to make them attractive to buyers.

Possessing strong interpersonal skills, you will be a good communicator able to present your ideas to marketing management, as well as colleagues.

You will have a high level of computer literacy/good computing skills, be at ease working online and in social media and work in an organised and structured manner through system assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Degree or HND Qualified you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a B2C Marketing/Sales Environment.

August 2016 sees the opening of our Worldwide Reseller/Partners Programme to meet growing demand for Registration.

Reseller applications are open to:

  • Entrepreneurial Individuals seeking to manage their own business.
  • Established business in the marketing space looking to establish new revenue streams.

As the fastest growing technology firm in our sector, we anticipate continued and rapid growth of our Brand through 2017 and beyond.

Upon application and subject to approval, selected resellers will be provided with their own VoucherCart Reseller Account allowing them to grow their own portfolio of customers.

Each reseller will assume responsibility for management and development of their client accounts and will be remunerated with % commission payments on Subscription and Voucher Sales for the lifetime of their client accounts.

Reseller Accounts will be awarded from August 2016 subject to telephone and remote access interview, and are limited by Country/Region and Sector.
