The VoucherCart ResDiary integration allows voucher buyer data to be synced directly into your ResDiary account. When a customer purchases a voucher, a profile is automatically created in your ResDiary account with the buyer’s contact information, voucher details, and marketing opt-in preferences. 

The ResDiary integration gives you access to real-time voucher buyer and gift card data within your booking system, eliminating manual entry and saving valuable time. By centralising this data, you can act faster on new insights and optimise your marketing campaigns to boost voucher sales and revenue growth.

To activate the integration, simply connect your VoucherCart account to ResDiary in the Integrations section of your Dashboard. For a step-by step guide, view our quick instructions on how to connect to ResDiary.

When a customer purchases a gift voucher, their ResDiary profile is created with the buyer’s name, email address, phone number, and voucher details – including the voucher code, value, and expiry date.

If a voucher buyer already has a customer profile in ResDiary, their existing profile will be updated with the new voucher information.

Yes, the integration is fully GDPR compliant. If a customer selects the “Give as a Gift” option when purchasing a gift voucher, neither the buyer’s nor the recipient’s information will be added to ResDiary. Only vouchers intended for personal use will have their details synced.
