If your business is switching to voucher, gift card and ticket sales on the VoucherCart platform from a legacy platform or other software, you may wish to ensure that all historical vouchers, gift cards and tickets (which are still in public circulation and are as yet unexpired (from your old/legacy system)) are redeemable and tracked within VoucherCart.
That’s no problem. You can import previously ordered vouchers from your old system into VoucherCart to enable them to be redeemed when holders present them for use at your business.
In order to upload existing ordered vouchers please follow these steps:
1. Download Import Template
The file shows you what voucher order data you can import so you can prepare your import file(s).
2. Populate file
Populate the import file with the voucher order data from your old system taking care to match fields.
3. Send us your file
